TCU affiliates will have the opportunity to earn a revenue share commission on sales generated from its online marketing channels, including but not limited to websites and pre-approved email marketing campaigns.

Affiliates will be assigned a unique tracking code that will be incorporated into its TCU banners and text links. We will provide a variety of banner sizes from which to choose.

TCU affiliates can earn a commission on the Affiliate Revenue generated by their TCU customers on a monthly basis, for as long as these TCU customers keep their membership active.

The Affiliate Commission % is determined by the total Affiliate Revenue generated by the TCU affiliate each month and is calculated on a tiered basis.

Affiliate Revenue is defined as revenue received by TCU (in US Dollars) from initial sign up fees and recurring monthly fees (net of any promotional discounts redeemed by the customers and any customer credits) generated by an affiliate.

Affiliates can earn the following tiered commission percentages each month. Up to the first $3,000 in Affiliate Revenue, the commission is 20%, then between $3,001 and $7,500 the commission is 25% and then any Affiliate Revenue over $7,500 for the month earns a 30% commission.

Total Affiliate Revenue per Month per Affiliate	Commission %
Tier 1: $0 - $3,000	20%
Tier 2: $3,001 - $7,500	25%
Tier 3: $7,501 and above	30%

Example: If an Affiliate's Revenue in a month = $20,000 then the commission = $5,475
